Damaris’s broad editorial background and experience span 27 years in both print and digital publishing. Curran Press is the union of Damaris’s entrepreneurial spirit with her love of books, technology, and business.
During her thirteen-year tenure with Houghton Mifflin and Cengage Learning, Damaris was at the forefront as higher education shifted its focus from print to digital publishing. For last thirteen years, Damaris has helped a wide variety of authors and illustrators make their book publishing dreams come true.
Damaris earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from St. Anselm College. After many years in the seaside town of Rockport, Massachusetts, she now resides with her husband and three children in the quaint farming community of Charlotte, Vermont, nestled between Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains.
